Terms & Conditions

A deposit will be required to secure your booking. This is non-refundable, on payment of the deposit the customer is deemed to have accepted the following terms and conditions of hire. 

Full payment is required a minimum of one month prior to the function. No refunds will be made due to cancellation after this date. 

The customer is responsible for all hired items from delivery until collection by Beaumont Displays. Any loss or damage to the said items will be charged in full at the current cost of replacement. If, after payment, any lost items are found intact and returned by the customer, Beaumont Displays may refund a part or the whole of such payment entirely at their discretion. Unless previously agreed, all display items remain the property of Beaumont Displays. 

Beaumont Displays shall not be responsible for any loss, injury or damage to persons or property arising from, or in conjunction with, the use or positioning of any equipment or displays.
